Sir John Mortimer is the author of the Rumpole of the Bailey series. Most hilarious thing ever after P. G. Wodehouse. Surely someone has referred to you at some point as 'She Who Must Be Obeyed?' (Rumpole's term for his wife.) Seems appropriate! I'm sure you deserve a large glass of Chateau Thames Embankment plonk and a plate of Dodo Mackintosh's Cheesy Bits.

Lovely.

I got home from being at SWMBO (Spences) place this weekend, it's nice and we saw the movie Real Steel. It was an awesome movie.

She let me borrow her hunger games book, since I haven't actually read it... It was in Swedish though, I don't really read books in Swedish anymore so I complained a bit. Now I have read about half the book. So far so good!

I also noticed my throat kinda hurt, so knowing the kind of pain it was I checked my throat with a flashlight and a mirror. Behold, I saw what could be white dots at the back. All I could think of was "Great... I hope Spence won't catch it... Fuck." Yeah, that was pretty much my thoughts about it.

While I was at her place my family made some Christmas candy, I didn't get any but it's ok. I had a lovely woman who cooked for me and who I promised to cook for in the future.

Normal romantic conversation.

I talked to swmbo about houses, camping and summer cabins earlier. And now she (as has some other friends) learned about my wonderful little love for chopping wood, I love to chop wood. I was very disappointed when I wasn't allowed to chop wood at the cabin I was at last weekend. I also mentioned I like to tend to camp fires, mostly because that's where it's warmest and I like the warmth.

And so, we talked about cabins and camping... Her family has a summer cabin. She mentioned that you could fish, chop wood, light fires and shoot with their BB-gun there, and also roll around in the grass. I told her that she was being really romantic and those kinds of things were all a woman could ask for.

I also said that we should roll in the grass, cuddle and shoot the the gun. At the same time. She called me insane but I countered with that at least it's better than trying to roll around, cuddling while trying to fish.

Sickness

My sister is currently suffering from labyrinthitis but mine is the head that is spinning. I do wish I could switch life off and just "be" from time to time.
