2.5 Months
So just got back from my two month trip in San Diegoooo! LOVED IT! Well, I worked out there ~5-6 days a week and just joined this KICK ASS GYM back home. So far:
Lost ~10LBS
Toned the fuck up
And overall: Stronger, Faster, and Better Looking!
My nutritionist put me on this diet with soo much food! LOVE IT! FEEL GREAT!
