           JULIA was making small talk as they walked between aisles of books. nothing of too much substance ; merely catching up since the last time she visited isabelle at work. however, she stopped as they passed the poetry section. distracted, her eyes scanned the shelf in front of her. she picked one with an interesting title yet simplistic cover. “ have i read this one yet? ” she asked the librarian. she didn’t expect her friend to actually know, but it was worth a try.
