Tbh, am I the only one who headcanons Marinette as something that isn’t bisexual?

I’ve always seen her as heteroflexible, meaning she’s mostly into guys but if a girl was important enough to her, she’d make an exception for her and date her.

There isn’t really any flexible (whether hetero or homo) sexuality characters in media that I’m aware of/can think about off the top of my head, so I like to headcanon her as this for certain people to relate to plus I find it interesting to write into my fanfiction, even though I myself am straight.

Anyone else out there who agrees?

I realized that if Luka and Kagami were to become a couple, the song ‘When He Sees Me’ from Waitress perfectly applies to her.

From a certain perspective, the line, ‘What if when he sees me, I like him and he knows it?’ fits her so great because once she moves on from Adrien, she’s scared of finding someone else because she believes they were meant to be.

‘Or even worse he could be very nice, have lovely eyes, and make me laugh, come out of hiding’, ‘what if when he sees me, what if he doesn’t like it? what if he runs the other way and I can’t hide from it’, ‘what if when he sees me, he’s only disappointed’, and ‘what if I if I give myself away to only get it given back’ all apply to her perfectly. Especially the last one.

And like Dawn is, Kagami wouldn’t be scared of getting rejected. She’d be scared of falling in love and getting a ‘second chance’, because her mother’s pressured her into thinking she can only love Adrien and no one else.
