Settled on a Majin interpretation ... After five months of being hyperfixated on him ... I just really really like Majin ... Ok?

A little bit more lore for my majin below the cut :-] the differences between him and other mazins, the reason behind the blue rings i give him, small details etc.

The Life & Soul [Blue] Rings (which I refer to as both) are from outside players that got their souls sucked into Sonic CD for discovering the majin easter egg. That's why there's so many mazins. This specific majin is his own kind-- the guy who's stealing players lives in the first place LOL.

(they're not exactly dead, though. they're just, laid asleep at their computer desk, their dreams being controlled by the pc and a mazin. it's multiple mazins doing this to outside players, not just this one particular mazin :p)

Eventually, Majin does get bored of doing this same thing of taking souls in the same place, so he not only discovers himself slowly as time goes on but he travels other islands within the sonic universe. He just likes endless fun! What better thing to do than to travel all by yourself and possibly meet new people :-)

Refers to his self discovery journey in terms of gender, figuring out his actual personality, stuff he likes and dislikes--changing his appearance, even his innards.

Other mazins have ALL blue innards & organs, meanwhile this majin has a neon pink beating heart + neon pink eyes, an intact skeleton and muscles, and he even has a digestive system (albeit very small). he has two layers of teeth, the mask of dentures that hide his real ones (panther like teeth)

That's basically all there is to know about my Majin for now! He eventually becomes his own person outside of being said creepypasta, and eventually gets involved with a certain lord :)

So. I have Majin lore and the correlation to his blue rings that provide him the life that he needs to survive. Right. And I've mentioned that it's rather easy to kill a Mazin through taking two or more rings from them? Since their souls come from that power alone?

Ok so now picture that power going to the wrong person — someone who hates how life works, cycles, "fun" being "infinite" — and now you have it. The Wrong Person. Faker.

He gets ahold of the Mazin species, realizes how fun it is to kill them, eventually DOES plan to kill all of them ,,, and holds enough power to harness both forms of his (Faker and True Form). Wholeheartedly just doing this to get back at Lord X and hurt his loved ones

That's basically all I have for now :) The rings he steals from the mazins turn black. The longer he harnesses Mazin souls, the more "ghosts" appear in them.

I'm considering calling it something simple, like- The Black Rings AU? It conveys the message clearer LOL ,, More info coming soon since I do like to concept with the idea of Lord X having emotions, his plans being ambushed by his loved one being hurt yet alone with his species, a son that warps into his dad's perception of "evil" — and . Yeah :J letting that boy be evil as he wants to

Redraw of two things technically ? From january & february when I was still new to drawing mobians . Ignore the obvious sore thumb of my favorite
