Well I probably won't be doing any digital art for a long while... My poor old laptop that I was very fond of and eager to return to after my 18 month mission seems to have gone kaput. It's always been a bother, with a battery that won't charge, so it tended to shut off if the power cord got jiggled wrong. I had been getting good at moving it without harm, but the other day it started up with an unasked for update that it couldn't process, so I moved it aside to wait out the long update fail and it shut off. Which happened once before in the same scenario, but this time when I turned it back on, it only gave me error messages when I tried to start it up. So I gave up on trying to get it back to where it was and tried to do the system restart option and just clear the hard drive and start over (again, the second time I've clicked that option since I've come home, it had some weird start up issues earlier too) and.... Well the system restore also had an error. It literally is so messed up from this one incident that it can't even restart the hard drive. And since I'm still looking for a job, I have no way of trying to replace the laptop, so I guess that's that /:
