Update on gastrointestinal endeavors: everything is fine and I’m perfectly healthy!

Haha just kidding, the low fodmap diet identified that I have problems with wheat but the blood tests came out clear, so it’s time for imaging, but not til September bc of how scheduled out they are. But I gotta keep eating normally til then, so that’s a double edged sword (pros: burritos, cons: aches pains bad tummy times)

But it’s progress? Theoretically if I have celiac or non-celiac gluten sensitivity, then going gluten free should actually help a lot…(pros: feel better, cons: no burrito). I would like to feel well enough to do stuff regularly again, so I’ll take any answers at this point! I’ve been playing Cult of the Lamb and want to make fanart but am spending too much time lying facedown in a gutter

I have been getting sick so much and went to the GI doctor, and the GI doctor told me to do 6 weeks low fodmap, and I’m now week two and it would be FINE like I can and have gone no gluten, no sugar, all that jazz in the past…but it’s also no garlic or onion. Do you know how much stuff has garlic powder in it?? Everything good ever has garlic or onion or gluten

So now I’m sickly and headache and deprived of snacks, and I got nothing done ever

Really wish we'd, on the left, stop laughing and assuming this is ACTUALLY about strippers. I'd be willing to bet this ISN'T about some one with the actual job of stripper being somehow hired and sent to a school, that indeed DOESN'T happen - instead it will be used to target any female teacher who, like, wears a bikini on social media one time. She'll be called a "danger" to children and fired, as a cover for the fact that she's pro-queer or too far left or doesn't support ICE enough on that same social media. A friend helped me out by looking up the actual bill and YUP, it's to target queer people and sex education. NOT. STRIPPERS. STOP MAKING IT ABOUT THE FUCKING "STRIPPERS".

Anyone who thinks ladyshinga might be off track, here's the breakdown.

Actual bill name: Stop the Sexualization of Children Act.

Purported purpose: "to protect children from being exposed to explicit material in the classroom".

How it's sold in the press: "Ban strippers and porn from classrooms!"

Actual text of the bill: Expands the meaning of "sexually explicit content" to include the words "or involves gender dysphoria or transgenderism".

Not and. Or. Meaning "involves gender dysphoria or transgenderism" is in and of itself enough to be classified as sexually explicit.

Actual result: Illegal to mention the existence of trans people or admit to being trans in a classroom under threat of being prosecuted as a child sex offender.

I’ve had a couple of stupid weeks that culminated in me seeing the GI doctor, getting prescribed a low fodmap diet and a bunch of tests, and then having to push that off for two weeks bc I also got an ear infection

But /this time/ when I go thru my antibiotics and gotta cut out everything in my food and everything, thiiiiiis tiiiiime everything will be magically fixed and I’ll be able to stay on my bullshit without getting thwarted a week after I start getting a cadence
