ATLA asks! Iroh, Aang, Hakokda, Jet, Gyatso - go!
Under a Read-More to keep the post short.
Iroh: I'm not super big on teas, but my favourite is a Bengal Spice blend! It tastes the way coziness feels.
Aang: It rarely happens, but if I get riled up, calming down is a two-step process: Some time to myself listening to chill music (see the last response in this post, for example) takes care of the initial wave of anger; combining that with some simple/productive activity (baking, sewing, writing) gets me back to 'normal'.
Hakoda: I can't think of a specific person who inspires me, but I do have a whole lot of respect for anyone who's got a consistent pursuit that I find difficult/impressive - working out daily, skilled labour, etc.
Jet: Misconception I had about how life works? I always saw big things (building infrastructure, large-scale event organization, etc.) as impossibly difficult to do. I've since learned it's just many people doing small things that contribute to a single end, and it’s helped me get through daunting tasks of my own.
Monk Gyatso: I'll do a Nostalgia 2-for-1™ here! My dad always puts on Seasons, an album by Pete Jolly, for a specific stretch of road on the way to my grandparents' place; it reminds me of home. (I like to listen to it while I cook.)
The other is a series of songs by PokeRemixStudio (yeah, I know) on YouTube: I listened to them a lot during chemo, so hearing them now reminds me of my friends/all the support they gave me/that I'm loved, despite the amount of isolation I had to be in at the time. (Incidentally, they've also helped keep me sane during quarantine - it's been pretty lonely over here in Vancouver.)
