“You know, there is something about little animals in costumes that just make them even cuter.” Rosemary said as she looked at all the little creatures running around. “I got a Sebastian costume for my cat, and now I think my days are honestly numbered.”

Luca was the type of person who was always happy to catch up with an old friend. Which was exactly why he was glad to be seeing Sylvie today. He felt it had been ages since he’d seen the woman even though they were both living here in Bridgeport. It seemed their schedules just never aligned.  “So, how have you been? It’s been so long I thought you might be hiding from me.” He joked with a chuckle.

Harmony was working away at cleaning up some of the cluster in the theatre. They were getting ready for their latest production, so it was time to clean up from the last one before they started making a mess again. She was digging through one of the boxes when she heard the door open. The woman looked up to spot Sylvie. “Did Leanne send you to help out or are you just dropping by?” She joked with a chuckle.

Verity was eyeing the pumpkins as she was yet once again late with getting her own. She had decided to try  out for the contest this year as a way to distract herself in between everything else that was going on in her life. She tilted her head a little to the side as she said, “Hey, sorry  --” She looked over at a nearby stranger. “Do you think that pumpkin could work if I tried carving it into a ghost or something?” She asked, pointing at the slightly pointy pumpkin ahead.

Rosemary has decided that she needed to be a little social, so she’d decided to text Sylvie to see if she wanted to hangout. She had made some cupcakes earlier so she packed a few of those with her and made her way to the familiar home. Once she arrived, Rosemary knocked on the door with a smile on her face.  “I come bearing gifts.”

“I heard we are getting a snow storm this weekend.” Harmony said to the other woman. When she’d looked at the forecast there was a decent amount of snow coming in the next few days. “So I am trying to decide if I want to stock up my groceries so I can just stay home, or if panic buying is unnecessary.” Harmony added as this was the first time that the was going to be here for a storm. “I don’t know what the storm culture is like here in Bridgeport.”

Verity always tried to get her Christmas presents done early so could focus on work and helping people get ready for their works Christmas parties and other events the holidays might bring for people. It was a nice way for her to make a little extra money, but she always aimed to at least have all the presents she wanted to get figured out by the Black Friday rush. “Okay, so what does the kids want for Christmas?” She asked, looking at Sylvie. “And any suggestions on what my  aunt  might want?”

Mic had taken the fire stations dalmatian over to the adoption event to  try see if he could bag that $50 gift card for his colleagues at the fire station so they  could get some treats for his next shift. Or better yet, closer to the holidays. He had stopped by one of the crates, looking at some of the older dogs, while not really paying attention, before he suddenly felt the dug pull at is lead, heading straight for a woman. “Ah damn!” He said, pulling the lead slightly back “Got any treats or anything  on you? He got excited all of a sudden.”
