Stand in the Rain [Repliku-Joshua]
Repliku trooped down the sidewalk, deserted except for the occasional pedestrian hurrying to find cover from the rain. The silver-haired boy paid no mind to the cold water pelting against his red raincoat [which was three sizes too big, as it had been Riku's], opting instead to jump in the puddles when he was sure no one was watching.
He laughed as a car drove by, headlights illuminating the dim street momentarily as it passed, effectively spraying the teenager with a small wall of water. Repliku paused to shake his head under a store's awning, shaking off only a small amount of water, and managing to plaster drenched hair to a pale forehead.

this isn't awkward at all
“Are you sure you have the right man?” He teased, watching the orangette he’d met recently, through a case of mistaken identity. “I won’t refuse the request though, dear~” Taking a step closer he tilted the boy’s chin up and pressed his lips lightly against the other’s. A short, rather light kiss before he retreated, leaning back on his heels with a grin. “Happy?”
Neku doesn't have time to protest before his cheeks darken. The kiss was over just as quickly as it had came and Neku blinked a few times, trying to clear his mind. He wasn't exactly expecting that when he had said... Oh he can't even remember anymore after that. "...Stop grinning like that," he mumbled, averting his gaze upon seeing Joshua's grin. It wasn't his Joshua but--there was something about this version of him (or rather the person who looked like Josh) that was intoxicating. "Jerk..."

There wasn't anything particularly notable that drove Neku to head down to Sunshine and the train station today, of all days. Rather, it was the urge to have a burger and watch the troves of people walk by as he sat up on a stool, munching away indifferently on a burger and fries. Funny, though, that it would lead him into something considerably more eventful than the slightly burnt potatoes he had eyed in disdain for a solid minute or two.
Neku stood outside the train station, contemplating whether or not he should head back before it started to rain. It was only mid afternoon and his parents weren't expecting him home anytime soon. Still, though... if it rained, that meant a crappy commute home. The Crossing tended to get even more chaotic than usual when it rained.
Though there was something off about the dreary sky and the way he felt chills for no reason at all. It was almost like he was about to stumble into something - or rather, someone. ... Mostly because he did, when he spotted a mass of hair too naturally light blond to be anyone else a small distance away. He's muttering a quick apology to the rather angry woman he had just knocked into before he tries to make his way over.
