Outlook.com Sync Failure

I’ve had a lot of complaints this week from users who said Outlook.com stopped syncing in Outlook. One told me he received an email from Microsoft telling him to reconnect. So he did… using manual setup to add it back as an ActiveSync account. Another user tried to add the account using Outlook Connector.

In both cases, the users received error messages because those account types no longer work…

ReadKit 에서 발생하는 Feedly 동기화 오류

동기화 문제 없이 잘 동작하던 ReadKit 에서 글을 보고 다음으로 넘어갈 때마다 feedly 에서 잘못된 데이터를 받았다는 오류 메시지를 출력했다.

그냥 feedly 사이트가 잠시 내려갔다거나 트래픽이 너무 많아 그런가했는데, 계속 같은 현상이 일어나길래 왜 그런지 찾아봤다.

결론은 ReadKit 에서 발생한 버그 : http://webinhq.com/blog/quick-fix-for-feedly/

해결 방법은 설정 화면에서 “Sync on start” 를 체크 해제하고, ReadKit 을 재시작해서 Feedly 계정 삭제 후에 다시 추가해주면 된다.

1. turn OFF “Sync on start” on the syncing tab of preferences 2. restart ReadKit 3. open preferences, select the accounts tab and remove your Feedly account from the service list 4. re-add your Feedly account

이걸로 문제 해결.

얼마전 업데이트(2013. 7. 25 일자)에 위 문제점을 수정했다고 한다.
