“The summit is what drives us, but the climb itself is what matters.” ~It’s been a few weeks after returning from our #syncretreat in Colombia and I’m still discovering things about myself. I’m learning that it’s okay to fail, as long as you at least try. I’m learning that my most persistent adversary is my own self-doubt. I did things on our trip that I never thought I would do. I climbed to the summit of a waterfall and jumped off into the renewing waters below! Whether it’s trying a new class at a fitness studio, finding sharper focus and energy in your career or simply attempting to kick up to handstand in yoga, pick something new this week that challenges you.
