     What? She had to give compliments where it was due. It gave him that seemingly deliberate super vibe that many heroes and villains strove for. One could only imagine how much hair gel it took to get it like that though. That is if he even uses hair gel.

The question was was he a hero or a villain? Honestly it was getting a tad difficult nowadays to tell. Heroes wearing black and red, villains dressed in bright clothes. It didn’t help that he was a completely new face to her. It was up in the air until he gave a definitive answer.

               reddish brass: how likely is your muse to step up and take the role of a leader? are they willing to take the challenge, or are they more apt to being a follower?

Brodylikes to be in control, it eases her mind to know what’s happeningand what can be done to fix the things going wrong. She does showsome qualities that would suggest she’s a leader type, but in the endshe would rather put that pressure on someone else. She’s not quite afollowertype—Brody will follow directions and orders from someone if shesees the benefit in doing so, but she doesn’t have tendency to just blindly follow. She’d rather be an adviser,she’s always got opinions and she likes to keep her eye on things.She wants her opinions and advice to be heard, which is likely themain source of her conflict with Marlon outside of his aggression.

So,honestly, if nobody wanted to take control in a situation, she maystep up and direct, but she’d never be looking to be in the positionindefinitely. Plus, her emotions can get in the way of keeping herhead in some situations, be that aggression or anxiety pushing towardjumping into something too quickly or not thinking something clearlythrough. Really, she’s still a teen, she lacks maturity in someaspects. Obviously, her situation has forced her to take on amaturity that is above where it would be in a normal world, but she’sstill a teen. It’s hard to say if she would make a goodleader, but she also wouldn’t want to be at the head of everything.So, if she was forced into that position, she would need help.

mallow: what sorts of things might remind your muse of those close to them? any scents, objects, sounds?

It’shard to say, she’s not that sentimental. Hunting reminds her of herfoster dad and his parents, as they took part in that fairly often.Granted, she was fairly young when she was sent off to Ericson’s, butshe’d heard them talk about it and they’ve told her the odd thing.Her foster mother was distant, Brody didn’t really feel all thatclose to her. Cigarettes remind her of her, as she used to smoke veryoften. The memories are always a touch bitter, but sometimes she’llremember the odd thing if she ever smells that. As for the kids, shedoesn’t really hold too many associations outside of some obviousthings. However, Tenn will always remind her of his sisters and whathappened—what actually happened. She’ll always feel tense aroundhim. Overall, she’ll always associate people with their actions and how they relate to her, sometimes vice versa. 

new leaf: what message would your muse send to their past self, if any?

Dependson the context and what she would know. For the sake of completeness,if she could send her past self a message after she had been killed,I’m sure she would warn her of that,along with the apocalypse. Possibly to be wary of Marlon, to fight harder against going to Ericson’s in the first place, even, as shehad thought in the beginning that she wouldn’t be there forever. Yet, loand behold…

          a hand would fly out and gesture wildly.

         she’d collapse against the chair of the hideout, gesturing to the many screens in front of him, ❝  i’m pretty sure if this thing goes haywire in the city like you want, it’s not going to be getting very far. it’s HEAVY. you need to find some way of making it more mobile. ❞

         her hand would flicker out, a portal appearing across the room and then one beside her. a clipboard flew out, caught by herself. 

         a wave, and the portals were dismissed. 

         ❝  we’ve had pretty good marks so far, but we get one quick hero, or jumpy hero, and it’s BAD NEWS BEARS. ❞

          hope manifested itself in children more often than not. they see the actions on tv, and focused on the good instead of the evil. karen was one of those children, back in the day. her parents allowed her the joy of having a female idol, but it was more than that. 

          it was someone that she wanted to be. 

          the allure, the promise that she was to be the last line of defense. many of those in class preferred mr. incredible, or dynaguy, but her? ELASTIGIRL was the one that she found to be who she looked forward to. 

          how she wished she HAD superpowers sometimes. 

          today, was one of those days, where she sat cross legged in the grass. the sun was warm, but not overly hot, allowing her to sit comfortably. the small notebook was in hand as she doodled over it, crayons of varying colors hiding among the grass. 

          her own SUPER PERSONA was almost complete as she saw a shadow overtake her. eyes would flicker up, and head would lull to the side as she hid her drawing against her chest against the onlooker. 

          he looked familiar, but not familiar enough for her to drop her guard.

          however, it did earn a gentle whisper of,  ❝  hi  ?  ❞

happy memory

While she might have only been four at the time, Violet vaguely remembers when her parents brought home Dash for the first time. It was around that time when Dash was still an infant and even when he was a young toddler she became ‘mommy’s helper’ and she got to help, or at least help her mom with things around the house ‘like a grown up’ (though in reality it was more of just her mom doing things like carrying a single towel when the laundry was getting done and other very simple tasks, though she thought they were big grown up tasks). She liked feeling like a grown up and like she had responsibilities.

Violet at this moment in time is only really capable of making more simple foods (eggs, rice, boxed and canned foods, etc). She is starting to pick up baking though and she loves the feeling of baking something from scratch and then finding it tastes good

my own 

this one kind of explains the happy memory one but Violet has a really good memory. She can remember back very far, though the younger she was during that memory, the more vague it is.

my opinion on;

character in general: Syndrome is literally the best super villain in any movie. Thanos who? He’s such an interesting character who has such a unique backstory and a very interesting motive and honestly other super hero cinematic universes should take some notes on what Pixar did with Syndrome. how they play them: I haven’t seen too much of their writing yet but just from the starter they wrote me I already started looking at Syndrome in a new way. They add such a depth to him that makes me appreciate that they are writing him this way. Honestly props to you, good job. the mun: we’ve only spoken a little bit so far but they seem very kind! I hope in the future we can talk more and get to know each other better <3
