Trevor and Sypha have no idea...
Did you guys notice that neither Trevor nor Sypha know how Alucard must feel?
Think about it.
They never saw him shed a tear when he was drawing his parents because he concealed it from them. And they didn’t get to see the room scene because they arrived right when Drac was decomposing in front of Alucard and they thought he was attacking him (i strongly believe he was trying to embrace his son one last time).
They only met a half vampire that claims to be the son of Dracula and that wants to kill his dad. And they saw a BIG fight between them and that’s all. Alucard never told them about how he felt.
So.
They left Alucard alone in the castle because THEY DON’T KNOW HOW HE FEELS. They truly don’t even imagine that vampires have actual feelings???? Because they NEVER saw the human side in Drac or in Alucard.
Fuck.
It was supposed to be a sypha doodle but it went to far....aw well trepha owns me...
MOAR modern!human!AU HCs
I'm trying to find the first post but .... Oh well. I'll link to it one day.
So! More on modern!human! AU. Keep in mind I HC Adrian studied Chemistry at Uni and had a part-time job in a lab but he quit.
After quitting his job he decided to attend a master in Chemistry at Uni. Vlad was fine with this but he didn't like Adrian quitting his job. "Boys these days", he usually complains.
Vlad is a professor in the same Uni he studies at. Adrian feels kind of ashamed of this fact, and he doesn't like his friends to know
Since Vlad is settled to restore the whole Castle and turn It into a touristic spot, Adrian thought his studies might be useful in the restoration works, and since he is also interested in art, Adrian thinks perhaps he can fit in the team.
The restoration team was mostly made of teachers and students from his University, but there were some experts sent by universities from abroad.
Some of the international members of the team were professor Dragonslav from Kiev, and professor Zufall, from Berlin.
Vlad invited some of his doctorate students, like Carmilla, but she isn't very interested in the job so she declined, not very politely.
Vlad's secretary, Isaac, is in charge of managing the works and allocations of the team.
Adrian has a, say, smooth relationship with Vlad but it's mostly because he prefers not to argue with him
It's the same feeling for Vlad, actually, especially ever since Adrian quit his job.
Lisa is fully aware of this and she knows the situation will probably explode some day
Anyway family life is just fine and the three of them are happy
Adrian likes a girl from Uni that studies Veterinary. Her name is María and she's friends to a distant cousin of Trevor, called Richter.
She is also friends to another Veterinary student called Hector. This Hector had worked for Vlad as an intern, but eventually quit the job since he didn't like Carmilla and had frequent disagreements (read 'fights') with her.
Also, Héctor and Isaac didn't get along that well, so Vlad had to let him go.
Trevor introduced Adrian and María and both him and Sypha suspected María liked Adrian, but they were not sure.
Perhaps she liked Hector?
Adrian doesn't feel quite right about bringing her home since his father is sometimes a total cunt.
Also, Trevor isn't helping with his puns and comments.
So Adrian took advantage of one day him and María stumbled accross each other in the campus, alone.
They skipped their lectures and had a nice morning drinking coffee, talking and, in the end, kissing.
Well It was more like making out, actually.
So they started going out toguether.
I should totally turn this into a fic, right? 🤣
Human Modern!Alucard
I’m bored and got a terrible cough so why not.
His family owns a castle that is pretty far away from everywhere so he got his driving license as soon as he could.
He lives with his parents because the castle is big enough to have as much private time as he wants.
He owns a black car but he doesn’t really like to drive, specially when it snows, which is most of the time in winter.
They are a wealthy family.
He likes the castle and his dad’s library.
He likes spendind the day alone reading and studying.
He studied Chemistry at Uni.
He worked in a lab for some time, but he didn’t like it so much so he thought it was better to quit and think about doing something else.
He is interested in History of Art and Literature.
He likes fencing and he met Trevor in a competition when they were teenagers. They became friends there and hang around from time to time.
They are good friends but they are constantly teasing each other.
Adrian met Sypha at Uni and he introduced her to Trevor.
He is a little jealous of them going out toguether because they sometimes make plans without him.
He is rather lonely.
He has two dogs and he enjoys taking them out in the mornings. He usually gives them a walk in the fields near the castle.
In spring and summer, most mornings he goes for a run in the fields with his dogs. In winter, he runs on the treadmill they have in the castle.
In winter, he likes inviting Trevor and Sypha over and spend the evenings playing videogames and drinking.
He likes coffee.
Bonus: Sypha and Trevor
Sypha studies History and she is a total bookworm.
She is always carrying books around.
She wants to become a professor.
Trevor is a professional fencer and he is always training and travelling because of his competitions.
He also studies martial arts.
He is interested in ancient weapons and old tales.
He loves videogames.
He owns a couple motorbikes.
Whenever he buys himself a helmet, he buys a matching one for Sypha.
They started going out together shortly after Adrian introduced them to each other.
No one thought they would make a good couple but the truth is they seem to be made for each other.
Bonus: Lisa and Vlad
Lisa works as a surgeon in a hospital so she sometimes spends the week away.
She is one of the best surgeons in the country.
She travels a lot.
She is a really nice woman and Sypha loves having coffee with her from time to time.
Vlad is a professor in a University, and spends most of his time writing and studying.
Adrian was a fuzzy baby so when he grew up both Vlad and Lisa decided one baby was enough for them.
Vlad has published many books on different matters and proudly displays them in his library at home. Adrian doesn’t really like that but he liked the books though.
They sometimes leave Adrian alone in the castle and spend the week away toguether. Adrian is fine with this.
Vlad is thinking about restoring some of the areas of the castle.
Vlad doesn’t like Adrian to have long hair, but Lisa likes it.
Lisa loves living in the castle, but sometimes she wished it was near the hospital, since she has to drive for an hour to get there. Adrian likes going with her in the car so they can talk.
Vlad prefers taking the train.
