"Imagine Your System as a Music Band Giving an Interview" Ask Game
I tried having fun with this one and make it a bit more original and abstract. Feel free to interpret the questions however you want, whether literally or in a different creative approach
🎵 - Introduce the Band! What are you folks named? How would you describe the dynamic you have with each other? What kind of "genre" you play and what makes you unique?
🎶 - Would you say your band works well together? Do you experience more harmony or dissonance between each other? What is the main cause of infighting between band members and what helps with resolving those?
🎤 - Do you have any "lead singer(s)" who takes the front of the "stage" most often? Other than that, what makes them special and unique? What is their role in keeping the "band" on track during a performance (i.e., daily life)?
🎸 - Time for a solo! Which band member(s) shine and have the most distinct "music" style to them? What makes their performances so unique to the rest?
🎼 - How do you go about composing? How do you go about co-creating your life? Who in the band handles the planning and "writing the music" for your future "songs"? Who takes care of "choreography" of the band members and who takes part in taking care of "visuals"?
🥁 - What's the general "rhythm" your band plays? Are you more upbeat or downbeat? Do different band members have a different energy levels to them? If so, how does this affect the overall "tempo"?
🎧 - How does the band decide who takes on the lead and front of the "stage"? Is it a planned "set list" that rarely changes or more of a "shuffle" with who grabs the "microphone"? Is it easy to get someone to "sing" when their specific "song" comes on?
🎹 - The band doesn't have to be just singers! Do you have any non-verbal or less communicative band members? If so, how do they express themselves, especially when it is time for their "solo"?
✍️ - Let's look at some specific verses of your "lyrics"! How does your communication flows within the band? What methods do you use to share the "lyric sheets" between each other?
🔁 - How good are you at "covering" each other songs? Has there ever been a situation in which one of the band members had to "cover up" for someone absent or had to present your band as a "soloist"? What was that experience like?
📀 - How was your "debut" as a band like? Who were the first band members and how different are they from back then to today? What were the "early tracks" of your "music" like?
📣 - Have you ever had a band member go on "hiatus"? What made them return to the band's life for another performance? What was their reaction to how the band was like during their absence? Did they themselves change much?
❤️ - Let's talk about your devoted fans! Who is the biggest supporter of your band besides its members? What have they done to show the love for your "music"?
