"Grow, Little Wind Flower."
An AU Where Wanderer puts a little wooden heart made from Irminsul Wood into his doll, it takes root, turns stuffing into flesh--and wood into bone. And finally, it grew, and grew, and grew--until it was the size of a little boy. A little boy named "Kabu."

Holy mother of Art Style Change!
I was not really happy with my previous attempts at drawing and designing Kabu, so here is attempt #3! I also went for a more "chibi" look to try and make Kabu look way younger. The problem was he was still looking too old in my other art pieces--he should almost look about 5 years old. Does he look 5? Please tell me he looks 5 or younger.
I was also not satisfied with his design being so plain--I want him to look like he could be a playable character! So this feels closer to that at least!
I got rid of the blue gems because they weren't doing anything, and I like the light blue of his birthmark and his cryo vision drawing the eye. I changed the gloves and shoes to bandages/black wraps. I gave him flowers growing out of his body to represent the fact that he is, in essence, a sentient tree sapling growing in a morphed doll body xD I made them a similar shade of pink to Irminsul's leaves
Finally, I gave him a veil like his papa used to have for drama! I don't know how it logically attaches??? But well. Genshin designs don't make sense sometimes--like Tighnari's shoulder cape thing just floats off of him xD
