Guys, if you struggle with system doubt, my biggest piece of advice is running a blog like my own. You don’t even have to write your own things! Just reblog a buncha positivity! I know there’s many non-traumagenic people out here who feel invalid (wrong btw u are very valid) and I feel like more people running blogs like mine would
1. Slow the blog runners System doubt. It definitely doesn’t stop, but OH MY GOSH does it help. I barely think about it anymore (I still do but it helps!)
2. Slow other people’s doubt. If there’s more positivity out there, than more people will see it, and it’ll make non-traumagenic spaces safer in general.
It’s not a quick fix, and it’s not perfect, and won’t work for everyone, but it helps. And I think more people should try!
