We dont know if any crittr talks about this much, but one of our collectively biggest fears is one of us going dormant.

We've had two dormancies before (that we know definitively of), one of them was our first split when we were very young, so there were only two of us and then we were all alone, and the second might have been a fusion but was the second ever headmate of ours (likely Zenon(?)) disappearing for years, leaving Death alone for half a decade.

We just dont want to have to figure out our own mind again. It's terrifying to have to map our headspace, and even more so to try to uncover the subsystems (which we still havent fully done) that are still and will likely always be hidden, and this is something we've only undertaken recently and with the support of Doc's dear friend outside of our system.
