This isn't my FFXIV blog (I should reblog that there) so I'll answer for Szatia. :>
I don't know what exactly to call it but she's got a deep rooted fear in having her free-will stripped from her. She spent a lot of her childhood having it taken away from her via magic as punishment for, really, anything.
It led to her being forced into killing her best friend.
Unfortunately her wis stat is only average so her Wisdom Saves aren't...always successful even though Yuan-Ti are immule to magic (via Volo's guide.)
Other than that?
She really doesn't want to be alone.
Drew Szatia again! She got a hairstyle change recently, and by that I mean her hair's down and she wears her bangs around the back of her ears now.
Barovia is kind of stressful rn.
She got the hairband as a gift from EZ.
I tried to make her look apprehensive.
