It had been raining for weeks, off and on. The rain just seemed sadder, quieter, like it knew what was going to happen and what was to come. Her feet hit the ground, splashing puddles all around. She had her coat over her shoulders, yet it looked torn, as if she had had a knife ripped through it a few times.
She ran down the road until she hit the street she needed to be at. Quickly, she came up to 221 B and scaled the side of the building. She couldn't be knocking on the door, no one needed to see her, but him.
As soon as she reached the top, she came through an open window dripping wet and stood in the kitchen. She let out a breath, and how much of this place hadn't changed. Her glowing blue eyes were under the hood of her jacket, yet as she looked up, her blue eyes slightly faded in glow to the light.
She took to dry off, taking the water from her body with her power and let it go down the sink. Quickly, she moved, sitting down in his chair and waited for him to return. She had so much to explain, the only thing she could do for now is think about how she would explain it...explain her.
