TEDDY: Are you more easy going, go with the flow, or high strung and easily anxious?
Another lighthearted shrug. Tamsin leaned back in her chair for extra effect. She couldn’t have the public thinking she was some tightly-wound stress case obsessed with looking perfect. Not that she’d know what that felt like. Not at all. “Definitely more easy going. At least, I try to be. I think, deep down, we’re all really high-strung and anxious, but we’re all just trying to keep it together.” She had to plug that clairsentient ability in somehow, after all.
OWEN: What’s the last nightmare you can remember having?
Thank god, one she could give a straight answer to. Tamsin found herself having nightmares frequently, maybe due to all the late-night quesadillas she consumed right before passing out. Or maybe it was due to her two cats never going the fuck to sleep and keeping her up until two in the morning. She loved them, of course, but sometimes she missed the days where it was just her, her roommate, and the tree branches scraping the window. “Oh, that’s an easy one. I was being chased by this mob of people who were all mad at me about something, and I found this dead whale so I had to climb inside it and wait for them to leave. But here’s the thing, they didn’t. They just kept gathering around the whale waiting for me to come out, and every now and then they’d say ‘We hear you. We see you moving.’ And more and more of them just kept coming...”
She let out a high-pitched giggle, not really sure how to end on a happy note. “Weird, right? Like, creepy-weird. Anyway, that’s probably due to too many midnight snacks. Don’t do what I do, kids.”
im not ready
when your friends hang out but forget to invite you

hey!! im screenshotting and putting this here so it doesnt end up in the sh//a//ladin tag i hope that’s ok! (im putting slashes in character names to make sure they dont end up in character tags either)
basically a sh//ala/din is someone who ships s/hiro with any of the other paladins. the paladins (h/unk, l/ance, p/idge, k/eith, and a/llura) are all teenagers, and even if they are 18/19 that still doesnt make it ok. s/hiro is confirmed to be 25, which would put at least a seven year age gap in between him and the oldest paladin. age gaps are ok in later life, but there is a huge maturity gap in between an 18/19 year old and a 25 year old and that is not ok.
i hope this helps clear things up!!

LILIAN: Is there anything from your past you wish to keep hidden?
Tamsin started to answer, but then quickly snapped her mouth shut and wagged her finger a few times. “Ah, almost got me! Nice try.” Saying ‘everything’ would have been too harsh. There were a few things in her past that were genuinely harmless embarrassing moments. Like the time she didn’t want to be disqualified from the 5th grade spelling bee due to a stomach bug and ended up puking on stage. Or when she tried hanging with the theatre kids in high school and had to play a role in Oklahoma. Then bailed out halfway through the rehearsal process. She was hoping that maybe, since she was so good at faking her way through life in the real world, that she’d be just as good onstage. She was wrong.
“If I wanted to keep something hidden, why would I tell you now?” Anything else she wanted to keep to herself? Her abilities? Faking her entire personality? The mere existence of her twin sister, pretending she knew who The Smiths were, the list went on and on.
SOFIA: What is your most embarrassing yet favorite thing to do?
Damn it, where was her list of acceptably quirky hobbies when she needed it? Stress baking was too cliche, dancing was just a little too boring. What did New Tamsin like to do again? She liked drinking a little too much, she liked practicing her smile in front of a mirror, she liked… “I like writing short stories. Like, a lot.”
Tamsin surprised herself with her answer, blurting out the first thing that came to mind despite it not being very remarkable or lovable. Her voice dropped from it’s usually bubbly pitch, and Tamsin found herself self-consciously rubbing her wrist. “They all have happy endings. I’m a sucker for those, I guess.”
