for the past ten years i have had no real concept of my appearance. in my mind's eye i feel the same, as if when i was ninety two pounds and one twenty and one fifty seven.

i love your body because it contains you. your arms and hands carry lightning, they are stormclouds ready to pour. your breasts are the hills i will never stop wanting to run through, no matter how high the climb or crescent the valley. your belly (and here i thank you for making that an acceptable word, a word of love) is the perfect destination for so many kisses, more calming and reassuring than any well-piled bedding. your thighs your thighs your thighs. i can touch and feel the entire world in them, every emotion. you feel so real, baby. you always will.

there is a lifetime of rigidity ahead of us. you fill me with the desire to learn to be flexible. not just so i can wrap around and move with you. but to be able to adapt like you have, bouncing back always. 

and there is the desire to be strong. to be able to lift furniture and lift each other, bring a press down and keep pushing. you are already so strong—stomping around in those boots of yours. it’s only a matter of time before the biceps match the heart.

ANH: Early Ralph McQuarrie sketch for a landspeeder or airspeeder. According to the Star Wars wiki, this is the T-13 Airspeeder by Incom. However, I'm not sure that was McQuarrie's intent when he first drew this sketch. In any case, I love the great detail that McQuarrie puts into this simple sketch. I mean, I'm not sure there's enough legroom in that vehicle, but it's still a pretty cool design.
