T-34 76 (early version)

1/35th scale Tamiya.

Finished off my T-34 I started awhile back. I went for the earlier T-34 76 option available in the kit, and chose the markings that represented a collective farm near Moscow. During the war collective farms, factories and unions would club together, and purchase a tank or plane, and would often write thier name on it. I liked the idea of that. It was a fun kit to build, and went together really well. I'd definitely recommend it.

Mildenhall Scale Model Club meeting 16/01/19.

Last night was a pretty good meeting. I didn't get around to doing much work, but it was a good meeting. A friend of mine gave me a T-34 76, that was he incorrectly sent on Ebay and the seller didn't get back with a return address. Who would turn down a Tamiya kit?

The picture on the left is the three finished models I displayed at the meeting.
