Day 1 of Cycle 2
Today was the first day of recycling my Doggcrapp routine. I felt really good about the workout and the food today. I talked to Dick about the Barbell Bench Press and raising the weight to 170ish to make it feel worth it. The first time was me trying to get a feel for DC and went petty low. Didn't really feel the workout in the chest as I should have. I also found out that my Military Press is one of the weaker links in my exercise arsenal. It might be because I lagged behind on my shoulder work for a good month or so, but that is changing now.
I can say that for a small routine as it is, I was wore out by the end. The rows really killed me. It might be because of being on the deficiency for 2 weeks now, but I was completely exhausted by the end. Nothing else to really report on besides the fact that I burst a few capillaries on my fingers while doing the T-Bar rows.

On the home front, things have been up and down. Wife went to hospital, and is still at the hospital. Doctors are just guessing and what is going on with her. Brilliant wor, I must say.
Taking care of the kids while not knowing what the hell is going on. Then checked the mail today and get my electricity bill in. I guess the AC won't be run for 3 more months... or I will have to get another job. $340. Sheesh.
Seems like this is the turn up the mountain for my journey. Trying to be strong, but stress is kicking in right about now. Friday's workout cannot come any faster.
