So my newest fixation may have inspired me to write a lil fic!
(1,173 words according to the program i wrote it in!!)
This is a tickle fic, so if ya don't like, don't read!!
The T3 Case.
"Ooooh Eddie!!! I-if i were a much meaner dog, i'd.... i'd give you what-for!!"
The cartoonishly-drawn plush growled, stamping her foot on the floor. She crossed her arms, pouting, as she marched over to the nearby Murphy bed, lifting herself into it and turning away.
"Aw, c'mon Pooch." He started, following her and sitting on the soft mattress next to the upset doggy. His hand started to move towards her, only to jolt back slightly when she shot a glare his way.

She had a reason to be huffy; they had been working on a case earlier that day. A rogue toon, known as ‘T3’, was going around pit-pocketing toons and humans alike, snatching them up and holding them captive for who-knows-how-long before letting them go; goofy smiles on their faces and not even a penny in their pockets.
The toons that had come to them did their best to explain what they went through, but evidently had left out some very important bits of information.
They had cornered the fiend in an abandoned warehouse. She growled as she slinked towards the spider-toon, the smell of his cigar making her nose crinkle.
"Just come with us, nice and easy, and we'll see if we can get ya off with only a few years in the clink."
T3 shot Eddie a smile, looking calm as can be, "I guess they din't tell youse how i get the job done!"
With lightning speed he grabbed the police pooch, two of his long, rubbery arms wrapped around her like snakes. She yelped loudly, immediately starting to struggle and thrash.
"Pooch!" Eddie had yelled, leaping forward in an attempt to save his partner.
T3 smirked before rocketing upwards, sticking to the ceiling a good twenty feet above the detective. "Nice try, wise guy! Since i got a tasty lil' treat, i might as well show ya what you haven't been wise to!"
She whimpered at the implications, her eyes wide as she redoubled her efforts, kicking her legs wildly. T3 only chuckled as his two of his gloved hands formed into claws, wriggling his fingers as they decended towards the poor doggy.
"W-Wait!! N-not that, a-anything but that!!" She had squawked, a blush quickly rising to her cheeks. She knew what was coming, any toon worth their salt knew what those wiggly fingers meant!
Her pleas were answered with an evil laugh as T3's hands started scribbling against her sides. Eyes going wide, she quickly clamed her mouth shut, her mind racing as she fought the urge to laugh.
What would Eddie think? Would she be kicked out of their partnership? All over a few laughs?
Her thoughts went blank as she felt a finger glide over her belly-button. She froze for just a second before bursting into a loud, bubbly fit of giggles.
"N-Noho!! Not in f-front of hihihim!!!" Cartoonish tears flung everywhichwhere as she flailed about, her squeaks and barks echoing through the warehouse.
What made it all the more embarassing were T3's quiet musings, whispers in her ears. He was all too happy to use the obvious crush she had to reduce the girl into a flustered puddle.
Eddie could only stare at the scene in a mixture of confusion and disbelief. He almost couldn't believe his eyes, if it weren't for his name being called between bursts of mirth.
"Eddihiheeee!! H-hehelp!!"
"Ah, shit. I-I'm comin'!! Just hang tight and i'll... figure out something!"
Eddie looked around, quickly shuffling through boxes and shoving aside random assortments of toon trash. Squeaker-less squeaky horns, pummeled pianos and topsy-turvy tables made up the majority of the junk here.
He was almost ready to pull out his gun and threaten the arachnid when he spotted something; the bottom of an extending ladder! Shoving aside some rotten banana peels and various other busted toon paraphernalia, he held it aloft triumphantly. "Ah-ha!"
Wasting no time, he pushed the spring-loaded button on the device, sending one side careening towards the spider and his prey. Luckily it missed the poor pooch, instead catching T3's neck right between the rungs and the wall, holding the spider in place.
Eddie quickly climbed up the ladder, handcuffs at the ready to subdue the criminal and take him downtown.
Unfortunately for him, T3 was nothing if not a quick thinker, using one of his extra sets of hands to grab Valiant's sleeves and hold his arms steady to the ladder. The detective cursed loudly, the handcuffs falling out of his hands and clattering to the floor seconds later.
"Now what?" Eddie questioned, stealing a glance over to his partner. She was panting like a dog, a silly smile on her face and a flustered look in her eyes before she covered them with her ears. He raised an eyebrow at the still smug spider, cocking his head to the side slightly, "We're all stuck here, so what's your master plan now?"
T3's smile widened, his golden fang sparkling in the dim light. Just as the detective went to speak again, he struck, delivering a quick poke to the man's side.
Eddie jolted as if struck by lightning, his reaction making T3 chuckle, his third set of hands slithering under the man's coat and repeatedly goosing his sides.
Caught off-guard, Eddie let out a surprised chortle, cursing between choked back laughter. The ladder swayed and shook under his movements. Inch by inch it slowly moved away from the wall, allowing T3 to free himself.
"Well ain't you two sorry excuses for cops? Brought down..." In a sudden move, he drops her, sending her tumbling to the ground with a cartoonish splat.
“By a little spidering!”
Eddie watched in horror as she fell, quickly fighting back with a swift kick to one of T3's legs. It connects, making the spider howl in pain and release his hold on the ladder.
The detective came careening down into a pile of boxed gags. He lay there for a moment, silently thanking his lucky stars that he hadn't broken a bone, or worse.
After getting his wits about him, he stood, checking on the doggy puddle on the floor. In one fell swoop he grabbed her by the ears, lifting her up into her normal self.
"D-dd ya catch him.....?" She mutters dizzily, a halo of stars sparkling around her head.
He grunts in acknowledgement, looking up to the ceiling where the crook had been and finding it empty. He shakes his head, dusting himself off before picking up his partner and heading out.
..............................
"M' sorry Eddie.... i-i'm just..." She starts softly, her ears drooping. A soft blush paints her cheeks as she stares at the floor.
"Emberassed?" He finishes her sentence for her, placing a reassuring hand on her head. He ruffles her hair, smiling softly when she finally looks his way. "There's no need 't be! Plenty of toons have that affliction, plenty of people too."
She smiles softly in return, leaning towards him to rest shoulder to shoulder. Her tail thumps softly against the bed, wagging rythmically. A gleam soon appears in her eyes as she looks up at him, her shy smile turning silly once more.
"...Like you, Eddie?"
He narrows his eyes at her for just a moment before launching himself at the toon, who ducks only seconds before he can grab her. She blows a comical raspberry at him before dodging once again, leading the detective on a wild chase throughout the office that Doloris will no doubt scold them for later.
This is a fic i wrote in a Meijer parking lot today! I'm very proud of it, so uh..... thanks for reading!! 💙
