THUNDER FOX

Thunder Fox (or T. Fox as he would be more known as) was an attempt to create a powerful warrior that could rival that year’s champion: Akuma the Hedgehog. He was artificially created, forced to grow to adulthood within days and biologically enhanced physically and mentally. Despite these advantages, every test they have given this biological weapon he was a failure in their eyes. Seeing their project basically wasted, they abandon the creature on an island on the assumption it will eventually die off on its own.
But that wasn’t the end of his story. The body of T. Fox was eventually discovered by the Mages of Kaminari. They figured that it would be ironic that their victory over technology was helped by a creation of technology. They were also quick to figure out the reason for T. Fox’s failure in those scientists’ eyes: he lacked a soul. That was something they could provide. And with T. Fox joined by Sasami and E.R, the Enforcers were finalized.
When it comes to fighting, T. Fox is the medium between Sasami’s strength and E.R. 's experience. But when it comes to life he’s following the two. Since gaining a soul but being more used as an attack dog, he eventually became more feral as the months passed. This made him less trusting of those who wish to give him commands, but in turn keeps him close to the Enforcers for being in the same position as him. Thus when it was time to move on, he follows suit.

Fun Fact:
Thunder Fox was given to me as a gift to be Akuma's sidekick. Didn't take but I thought of using him as one of the Trio known as the Enforcers. Sadly, I forgotten who was it that gave me these sprites.
No, T. Fox will not become more like Akuma.
