reuploading my cc to other sites. if you want me to upload my cc to any specific platform you can request me to! otherwise just link back to me.

don't put my cc up on adfarming sites like simsdom/simsfiles and all that. I know the ppl who do that won't read my tou but if you ever see my stuff in any of those sites know I didn't consent to it. they make ad revenue out of redirecting you to my patreon and it sucks.

paywall/put behind early access anything I create. this includes your own edits of my meshes or sim downloads.

claim anything of my own as your creation. even if modified give me due credit.

in case of breaking my tou you will be given a warning to remove your files. if this warning is ignored I won't hesitate to make a post on this blog calling the situation out.

if you find anyone breaking my TOU PLEASE let me know

overall im mostly chill I promise 🙏 despite that harshly worded threat lol. I just don't want anyone to profit out of something I don't even profit from most of the time

So I’ve been getting some questions about my t.o.u and its pretty simple; You can do pretty much anything you want with my cc. recolor (I encourage you to include my mesh!), convert, include with lots etc etc. Credit is always nice. Hope this clears things up a bit :)

You can include my content in free sim downloads where your sim is wearing some of my content.

You can’t put my stuff behind paywalls (adfly, shorte etc) You can’t claim my cc as yours! You can’t reupload my cc on any other platform! (if you’re not sure a profile or something is mine please ask!)

please mention me in your posts (@superwhalien99 or @sapoyaa) and in the package file name! if you want you can also put #superwhalien99 or #sapoye in your tags, so I can see what you created!
