don't put my cc up on adfarming sites like simsdom/simsfiles and all that. I know the ppl who do that won't read my tou but if you ever see my stuff in any of those sites know I didn't consent to it. they make ad revenue out of redirecting you to my patreon and it sucks.

paywall/put behind early access anything I create. this includes your own edits of my meshes or sim downloads.

claim anything of my own as your creation. even if modified give me due credit.

note: many of my accessories/outfits tend to be conversions, and i can't claim ownership of those assets in the first place so i wont enforce my TOU on those, other than forbidding you to make a profit out of it. if you're unsure if something is a conversion or an original mesh, it should be cleared up on the post itself! i do recommend getting your hands on the original models if you want to convert them elsewhere as they will have higher quality textures.

in case of breaking my TOU you will be given a warning to remove your files. if this warning is ignored I won't hesitate to make a post on this blog calling the situation out.

TOU Update

I have been receiving a lot of messages about my TOU and I just want to say that yes you can do anything about my hairs. Edit it, recolor it(mesh included), convert to other games, make overrides, the whole shebang. The TOU you see on my tumblr is yet to be updated but yes, this has been the thing for a while now.
