im going to talk more about tea now. james knows how to make the nicest masala chai in the world, a recipe effie has perfected over the years, which remus consumes in voracious and slightly worrying amounts. other than that: james takes his tea with up to 4 sugar cubes, sirius with one or two, and remus usually sticks to just milk

also, sirius hates perfumed teas + im right about this btw

the flat they move into post-school came with blinds and they removed them immediately to replace with curtains because a) remus can't get to sleep without total pitch darkness and b) once sirius is awoken by the sun he's UP

there's no getting him back into bed. he's not even james's level of happy in the morning, either, there's just no getting him to lie down again

sirius is an avid all-music-listener. he likes almost everything. pretentious pop-avoider boyfriend of the year (remus) sometimes find himself humming along, much to his dismay

gold or beaded jewellery james, mixed and layered jewellery sirius, barely any jewellery remus

they hold hands in a chain of 3 in public. sometimes they can't, if they're in a bad part of town, or even on the tube feeling like it's not safe to, but even then they try to be pressed as close together as they can be

hip to hip and knee to knee, the words that they got called so much all together as teenagers start not to hurt so much

anyway,

james is no.1 annoying bright light switcher-onner and remus is no.1 following him around, turning them off, putting on nice warm lamps instead

weirdly, animated films make sirius cry. so do movies about brothers, even after him and regulus are really close again, but that's not so surprising

james cries at a lot of movies. including grease, which is....almost impressive

remus, though, has cried only at a couple films, including maurice 1987, and also the televised durrells series

genuinely if nobody has watched the durrells im going to leave town and never come back

they go to greece together. remus spends it reading travel guides and ducking into local shops. sirius wanders the streets with his hair up and the skin across his nose a bit burnt and looks more beautiful than anyone ever has. james gets in the sea whenever he can

remus kisses both of them on the top of the head, james kisses them on the bridge of the nose, sirius kisses them on the cheek

you can’t just say perchance

they were both really nervous about coming out to each other. They had both come out to lily separately and she was getting so frustrated seeing them dance around the topic but she felt she couldn’t come out for them.

sirius and Remus are around the same height (5’10) but Sirius wears heels and platforms that make her a little taller then Remus.

remus never thought he’d feel comfortable being ‘feminine’ again until Sirius asked if she could paint his nails or put some eyeliner on him. He realized he could feel just as much like a man with paint on his nails, and some brown eyeliner didn’t make him feel effeminate.

remus gets Sirius flowers all the time but when they first started dating he got her so many. she would always get so sad when they started to wilt so Remus kept getting her new ones so she wouldn’t get upset about them dying, this resulted in her having at least 7 bouquets in her house at any given time.

whenever Sirius steals Remus’ jumpers she claims it’s ‘boyfriend duties’ or ‘the boyfriend tax’ and it gives Remus a little flutter of gender euphoria every time

Sirius always asks for Remus opinions on her outfit, Remus always tells her she’s beautiful and the outfit looks great only for Sirius to completely disregard this and change outfit 11 more times
