I drew this on my lunch break, and I almost didn't post it, because it feels really disjointed. At a certain point, these won't even be comics, just hazy over-earnest blog posts with pigeons drawn in the margins.

I spent the entire lunch hour trying to figure out how to get the mounds of filthy Chicago slush-snow just so. I was only moderately successful. Also, drawing filthy sidewalk puddles and the way they sort of/not really reflect whatever's above them. The point is I learned a lot, even if it's impossible for me to make this level of detail part of a regular strip at this point.
