Quickfacts: 

oldest of the Tachibana brood at 29 years

maybe my next series should just be a spinoff called Tachibana instead of Sakana and it would be all about these winners.

WAIT YOU MEAN GENKEI. Genji is Taro/Jiro's cousin, Genkei is Taisei's older brother (THEY HAVE INCREDIBLY SIMILAR NAMES, IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT.) 

Genkei is an architect, Kaede is a very successful installation artist. They are both incredibly quiet. Despite also being a toddler of few words, Miki has more energy than ten children and spends most of her time pretending to be a giant spider that barks like a dog. 

She and Taisei are best pals forever. He seems to be the only one who can match her energy level long enough to wear her out. Sometimes he has to babysit while his brother and sister in law are at gallery showings and stuff. It is always an experience.
