Recently, I have been dining a lot around Nakameguro area, sometimes for business, others for fun and sometimes... for both at the same time. This place is located under the rails of Nakameguro. It is a sister shop from Nodoguroya Oyster bar.
A4 grade wagyu from Tachikui Yakiniku Jiroumaru, a standing yakiniku and bar. Each portion comes with two slices of supreme goodness. Who needs to go all the way to Kobe when you can enjoy the best of Japanese beef just a few blocks away?
Separately, we ordered this exquisite meat and fresh uni roll. Just sear it very briefly on the grill and taste it. Made to my list of death rows meal.
For drinks we had Gin and TonNIKU, a spicy version of Gin and Tonic with a terrible pun. Between midnight and 3 am, all drinks are 300 yen everyday. Maybe I'’l try that if I lose the last train and need something to make the time run faster...
