Even the best gear can give you problems occasionally and in all the years and all the Streamlights I've owned this was the simplest and most ridiculous... Since new, day 1 out the box the gasket of this TLR1HL was not quite right and I would shove it into place and all was right with the world then a few rounds or a few draw strokes and ooops it would pop back out. This was how it was to be... Then I switched to a 6960 Safariland and that was when shit had to change. That stupid gasket was enough to lock a gun into the holster making draw near impossible. But a call to Streamlight would surely resolve this. Wrong.
