Turns out, it was Phaenoh’s Catalog Cleanup mod’s fault! And I was using this mod for years... For an unknown to me reason, they decided to just hide it:
I opened the file “zz_Phaenoh_BuyModeCatalogModV2-Holiday2006“ and deleted the line “Holiday - Tree - Japanese Maple”, then saved.
Moral of the story: ALWAYS read mod descriptions carefully and till the end 😆 And if you have strange things happening to your objects/clothes, think of looking at recategorizers/hiders first. And CEP’s.
