Communication!!! They would definitely have to put a lot of effort in, with them both being quite quick to anger, but they could eventually come up with quite the effective system. First, separating so they can cool down before they talk things out. Then, maybe via texting? Paintbrush can send voice memos to talk out their feelings like they prefer, and Taco can take her time to think it through and express herself through a written response like she prefers.

Tacobrush only further confirms that Taco's type is object who are significantly taller than her. Not only would Paintbrush have to crouch to give her any sort of physical affection, but it might be genuinely difficult to give her a proper hug or smooch unless they pick her up, with the difference in their sizes. Half the time Paintbrush is just looking inside of her head, but she has a very cute head so they don't mind.

In the same vein in which Painty frets over their hair and likes to take good care of it, I think they'd enjoy fiddling with Taco's toppings as well, particularly her lettuce. Moving a little more here, swishing it a little in this or that direction, they'd really enjoy putting different styles on Taco! Taco would just enjoy the physical affection and the feeling of someone she cares for carefully combing their hands through her lettuce.

Spending a lot of time with Painty also means Taco happens to spend quite a bit of time with Baxter. Taco. Who is known to steal anything she wants. With Baxter. Who is known to steal credit cards. Needless to say things go missing. None of Painty's things, but quite a few things end up out of place. They get caught, but in a dramatic sacrifice, Baxter takes the blame for everything. They're not allowed to interact unsupervised anymore, but the time they shared behind everyone's backs was beautiful. Only Painty knows the truth.

I like to think Taco's singing voice would be nice and soothing for Painty! If they've had a very stressful day or just a stressful event happen, a soft song from Taco could go a long way in helping them relax and be able to face the world again.
