These delicious tacos are a quick and easy meal option that the whole family will love. Customize them with your favorite toppings and enjoy the bold flavors!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 packet taco seasoning mix. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup sour cream. 8 small taco shells. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro optional. Hot sauce optional, to taste.
Instructions: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the onion is soft. Stir in the taco seasoning mix and cook according to the package instructions, usually adding water and simmering for a few minutes. Warm the taco shells in the oven or microwave according to the package instructions. Assemble the tacos: Spoon the seasoned beef mixture into each taco shell, then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro if desired. Drizzle with hot sauce if you like it spicy. Serve immediately and enjoy!
