Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a cupcake pan with green cupcake liners. In a mixing bowl, combine the green cupcake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and a few drops of green food coloring. Mix until smooth and green. Fill each cupcake liner 2/3 full with the green cupcake batter. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool completely on a wire rack. While the cupcakes are cooling, prepare the frosting. In a mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter until creamy.
