Ingredients: 12 pasta shells. 1 lb ground beef. 1 packet taco seasoning. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Fill each cooked pasta shell with the seasoned beef mixture and place them in a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the filled shells.
