Wow, this is fairly close to me. The store seems like it's run by a bunch of trolls. According to reviews, the service is terrible too and people have been screwed out of their money.
In the end, they're no more controversial than T-shirt Hell and similar retailers. If you don't like them, don't patronize them. If their service is really that bad, they'll end up shooting themselves in the foot anyways.
