This Winter Solder cross stitch has been a pain in my ass from the start. I have been working on this for literal years and yet, I’m only on page two of the pattern. Lemme explain my dilemma:
I originally had to throw the whole thing out because I miss measured and realized (only after having done hundreds of stitches) that my fabric wasn’t large enough.
So I started over. Then I got sick of seeing it and moved on to other patterns.
I picked it back up, then I got pregnant and had more important things to do.
Now that my kid is a bit older and more independent, I picked it back up and realized that I messed up a bunch of stitches and absolutely hated one of the colors. So, I spent two days picking stitches.
😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
I’m going to finish this purely out of spite.
New Patreon Pattern ~ Dandelion
How about a little more subtle Pride in your cross stitch? This design features a dandelion with a smirking face, the large poofball letting out little gay seedlings.
Or you can stitch the more natural looking version!
Or some alternative elements. You do you, this is your stitch journey.
Find this on my patreon, Tier 2 & Tier 3 until July 15th!
