This is Tad's girlfriend, she heard that Paula was a dumbest name to give him. Her name is Racquel. When they were young they met at the neighborhood park.

Tad Frontoesoft wanted to change his middle name, but she refuse to. Racquel must've think it's funnier that way.

And by all means, they confused her name with Raquel or Rachel.
