I had the idea that Caine makes (er, well conjures) Pomni sandwiches when she's not looking too hot to make her feel better (since he's not too good with words/comforting, but he knows that Pomni likes sandwiches). She then vents to him about whatever she's mad about, almost always with her mouth full of sandwich and tears (part of me can see this as something that would happen right after episode 6, and she's ranting about Jax). Initially drawn with my au in mind, but I mean I could see it happen in the epilogue as well.

Also I decided to give in and get a Caine plush, and I gave him a lil friendship bracelet I made a couple years ago but never had the motivation to finish until now. I love him, but I think he's starting to miss his jester friend so I may need to loose more money...

Expanded that steven universe “we need to talk” idea. Just the storyboard, maybe i’ll make it a finalized comic idk.

This is that au again where Pomni decides to befriend Caine/help him make better adventures for the cast. I’ll tag it under “tadc frends” because i’m really good at naming stuff, and that’s what i’m calling the au right now

Oh no more steven universe x tadc 

I always liked the idea of Pomni deciding to understand/be-friend Caine and them becoming unlikely friends, like what she does with characters like Gumigoo, and realizing Caine’s brain works a lot differently than hers or a normal human's, but somehow still has a sense of humanity. I think they have more in common than both of them initially realize, despite being close to opposites. I also like the idea of Caine making his first friend.

(sorry if the blue pencil makes it hard to read the words, apparently my printer's scanner doesn't like my blue mechanical pencil. I could go over them in graphite, but I like em too much and I'm scared i'll ruin em)

(edit: I deleted the Jax part because, after posting it, I felt like it didn't fit as well but after watching the finale... I think it actually holds up pretty well. So I'm adding it back)
