[ another day, another winter storm that took out my power. Thought I'd pop on my data to let y'all know ]
[ important ooc update under the cut that only a few people will read ]
[ there will probably a long break from now until i come back to tumblr. as i said in my last ooc post, my father didn’t have much time. on june 27th, he passed away peacefully with my mom and i near by. he is no longer in pain, nor is he suffering, which is a blessing.
tomorrow, july 6th, is his visitation at the local funeral home in town. he was cremated so there’s no funeral, which is much better than his body on display. it’s hard to see someone you love like that. saturday, july 9th is his celebration of life, which will be easier to handle.
so before you write taemin off for being m.i.a, realize this- i lost my father to cancer. i lost my best friend in april, a week before my birthday. if you can’t handle me being away to deal with these losses, then fuck you. i am a person behind this character, and i’m sorry that you don’t have the patience to let me grieve.
for those of you who have been amazing through out this, thank you so much. i feel your support and love, because i don’t have much of that outside of here. those people know who they are and they’re precious human beans that i adore. ]
[ hey everyone. i’m going to be going on another hiatus. my father has not been well for quite awhile now, and he’s soon going to pass away. during this time i could be pretty flighty because it’s not only an emotional time, but i want to be with my father. please keep us in your thoughts, as it’s been a hard time not just for me, but my family as well.
please be patient, taemin will definitely be back. ]
