Back home, Klavier would usually have a detective check out crime scenes for him, but here? Things seem to work a bit differently, and he’d rather see things with his own eyes if he’s going to be prosecuting a case.

There’s someone standing at the edge of this particular scene... or would lurking be the right word? Could this person be a witness? Either way, he should probably talk to him.

“If you’re trying to check out the crime scene, I doubt you’re going to have much luck from out here.”

She’s been grumpy in these past few days, hiding out and going to the appointments she’s required to attend. After all, realms of torture and strange notions have left her tired and unwilling to set her life on that sort of lines. So, today, Celestia makes herself come out of the hole she’s dug, at least to smoke on the porch and drink in public. 

It’s a classy sort of thing, where she has whiskey hidden in a flask and a book open on her leg as she tries to pretend everything is cool. The cat has wandered outside as well, snoozing in the odd patches of sunlight and lazily flicking his tail.

“Can I help you with something?” A hand comes to her massive curl of hair, smoothing through it. “You’ve been standing there for awhile.”
