Officially on lake time. 🕰 ⠀⠀ I’ve been overwhelmed with my to do list and with how this past week has gone. Our roommates car window got smashed and her work laptop was stolen and then my boyfriend realized his truck was also broken into. ⠀⠀ Thank God his windows were fine though, and they somehow missed stealing something very important from his console. Except they might have his spare truck keys so we’ve been worried about waking up to Lukka missing. 🚛 ⠀⠀ That same day, I had a VERY weird kinda creepy encounter with a guy that looked like he was trespassing over our big dogs yard at my job. A day later I got a letter from the IRS about a problem from 2015 that I thought I had already fixed (my tax lady at that time had screwed up and now I’m being told I still owe nearly $500 for her mistake)! 😭 ⠀⠀ So I am OVER THE FREAKING MOON to be day tripping to Tahoe today (in Lukka!) with the boyfriend! We’re meeting up with our friends to celebrate a birthday and go adventuring! ⠀⠀ Nature and friends are the perfect distraction for my mental exhaustion and stress.
