Fun Daniel Fact

Outside of a few small scale generic decor bits and baubles, every single painting, sculpture, vase, and other artistic piece has been directly commissioned from an artist, and often are smaller independent artists instead of well known ones. If the artist was from another country, he made a point to visit the artist in person and handled the movement of the piece to his manor himself.

Daniel likes to play keep-away, so while there's nothing he would say would make him cave into desire if he's in the middle of that game there are plenty of things that get him excited regardless... usually in the form of their own desire driving them to desperate measures. Begging. Offerings. Worship. Blood. Just to name a few.

W - Water: Do they enjoy shower sex or anywhere else that's wet like a pool or hot tub? Is it too awkward?

Shower sex is fine, he doesn't worry about slipping like some might. Pools and hot tubs though are out of the question, not for awkwardness sake but as a doctor he is fully aware of how dirty those locations usually are- the only exception being the hot tubs and pool at his own home. THOSE are clean enough.

He doesn't really mind either or, but he'll choose how he reacts depending on his partner. Whatever gets them whimpering and whining the most.

Daniel doesn't want to find love. Not again. What he wants is someone to be unthinkingly loyal to him. He wants someone to sit on his lap, or by his heels, blinded by obedience or adoration or worship- or all three. When he says you're his, he doesn't mean it in the soft way whispered by a lover, he means he owns you.

Body, Mind, Soul.

And he will make sure you come to not only understand that but come to need that kind of ownership. He will break all three and piece them back together again in a shape that can't exist without his leash around them, and his methods will change depending on the person.

Some may find him vicious, cruel, and heavy-handed while they resist him, only for his touch to turn soft and comforting once they submit. "Isn't this better?" He asks. "No one but me can touch you, and if you behave, you won't hurt again."

Some he finds already in pieces but stubbornly fighting. He takes them and overwhelms them with foods and gifts and the highs of a luxury they were never meant to touch until they grew dependent on it. "Who told you that you didn't deserve this?" He wonders aloud to them.

Some he finds broken and bruised, weak willed and already pliable, who wince at sudden movements and scowls. Those he lifts up, asking "Who hurt you? And how would you like me to hurt them in return?" Then offers a blade. "Or would you like to learn how to do it yourself?"

Some Daniel fun facts:

At his manor there are a total of 13 cats. The one you'll see the most is a particularly large maine coon cat with a black-and-white tuxedo pattern and gold eyes. His name is Bustopher Jones (though usually just called Bustopher), and if you get that reference Daniel will be quite tickled.

Somehow, in spite of this, you'd be hard pressed to find cat hair on his clothes or even in his home. How he does it is a mystery.

Daniel is a skilled violinist and pianist, as well as a very skilled singer.

He has two automaton 'sons' named Jack and Box, and has been carefully dismantling the anti-automaton legislature in order to ensure they are allowed to do as they please.

Daniel knows a good number of languages outside of English; Irish and Scottish Gaelic, Welsh, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, and Korean. He's currently studying Arabic.

According to the public story, Daniel lost his eye in an unfortunate fire accident when he was young. He prefers wearing the mask instead of an eye patch as it also helps keep the scarring around it from being irritated.

At the risk of sounding pretentious, Daniel enjoys erotica as an art form more so than something he seeks just to get horny. Even the most debaucherous of fetishes can be done in a way that could be considered artistic, and he appreciates that.

Figuring out how to process the senses of taste and scent are one of Daniel's personal highest achievements and are actually relatively new senses for him. When he was originally created, his father had never managed to figure it out so he just didn't have them. It took Daniel about twenty years of tests and less-than-ethical experiments on captured individuals, but about five or so years ago he finally cracked it.

On a related note, when Daniel eats the food and drink are dissolved into a high grade acid, one far stronger than stomach acid. He then later drains this acid and has it centrifuged to remove any useful chemicals that can be used as fuel (burned by a little bunsen burner that heats his boiler) or for experiments, or is simply neutralized and safely discarded.

This acid has the capacity to dissolve roughly three full-grown human adults before growing too saturated as a solution :)
