Prăznuită pe 8 octombrie, Sfânta Taisia a fost inițial o prostituată atât de frumoasă încât mulți bărbați vindeau tot ce aveau și ajungeau la sărăcie numai pentru a o avea. Certurile dintre pretendenții săi conduceau frecvent la vărsări de sânge chiar la ușa ei.

For the Greater Good?:  mysterymanjoseph and thehord

It was human intelligence that had gotten the facts of the threat to Joseph’s mercenary force.  It seems that at a remote airstrip in Yucatan, old Mig-21 jets had been smuggled in, in crates, then reassembled.  Why and who had done it, was not clear, until the media stated that a conference on security for the Western Hemisphere was going to be held in Brazil, with the US Secretary of State to attend.  An attack that takes down Air Force One would be a feather in the cap of any terrorist organization that could pull it off.  Any sort of ‘boots on the ground’ action was not practical, which left air strike.  This sort of mission was outside the founding charter of his force, formed to rescue employees taken hostage world wide,..but, most of his personnel are former US military, and after explaining the situation to the pilots and asking for volunteers, they all stood up.  So, days of planning later, he stands in the control tower of the small airfield of his force, watching the highly evolved and re-engineered F-86 Saber fighters start engines and make their way to the runway as the sun starts to cause a faint glow on the Eastern horizon.
