depends on a fruit but three is not too much like three bananas is quite much but three clementines is pretty much nothing

thank you both so much for replying! i ate a banana an apple and an orange, would that be too much sugar? normally i just eat two, a banana for breakfast and something else, but today i just felt like eating three haha
