Hey friends!!!! What are you doing this weekend? I know two beautiful inspiring women, both who have been my teachers recently, who are launching their visions this weekend. The first is @thebadecollection launched by my hip hop planking hero @bodyambitions. Check out her handle for details on her rooftop workout series. Symone has developed perfect beautiful shower/bath melts formulated to ease your muscles after a workout using all natural ingredients. There is literally nothing else like this out there and I'm so happy she is sharing her creations with everyone, because they have so much love in them and they really help. (DM me if you wanna go!) Also, in Hudson, the very first #takecarefair featuring some amazing healers, light workers, and beautiful souls, getting together and sharing through workshops, talks and curated booths along the beautiful Hudson.
