Anxiety tips
Be Active - walk, jumping jacks (I personally like push-ups), bike, skate, whatever works for you. Even simply deep breathing can help. Sleep Well - routine hours, everyone's different (I need 7-8hrs). 1hr unwind before bed, read or journal, calming music, no TV. Eat Natural - avoid sugar, caffeine, and processed. Increase fresh food, use coupons and meal planning/budgeting to save $. Avoid - alcohol, drugs, 'duck-tape' habits. Cyclical negative thinking, use positive/uplifting distractions. Connect - to yourself via meditation, yoga, praying/religious activities. And connect to other positive relationships, reach out for help, talking with loved ones, be open and honest. And overall try your best to stay positive, learn to simply observe the voices in your head, and give yourself time to heal and grow. Simple living and taking the time.
